Built in Greece, she started her career
connecting Eastern Cyclades for Agapitos. In 1993, after the division of Agapitos
Brothers company, she was taken over by Agapitos Express as “Express Efvoikos”,
even if she was rapidly resold to Ventouris Lines for Saronikos services. In
1996 Ventouris Lines went in bankruptcy and the ship was repurchased by
Agapitos Express Ferries, which renames the vessel “Express Danae” and
continues the Ventouris services. At the end of 1999 the ship was purchased by
M.F.D. which transferred her to the subsidiary Saronikos Ferries mantaining the
present name; after a starring place on Argosaronikos services for five years,
at the end of 2004 was sold to foreign interests, and served around Turkey
until June 2018 as “Erke”, being then sold for scrap.
